"Over priced and claiming issues"
so I spent a hell of a lot of money on troll gear because of the way it fits. I have quickly learned that loyalty to us the customer and us to the brand only goes one way.
first their pants are way overpriced and I blew a knee out in 3 months.
shirts stain super easy if you sweat in them and I wear only the black ones.
The only decent thing I can say is the fit is amazing and the hats are pretty good.
lastly I spend my accrued points on some free gear and they won't ship to me because I use free shipping options and wont combine special offers. BI*CH I am a journeyman on the points system all my shipping is free and the fact I've spent a thousand plus on merch?? Eff off i ain't dropping another dime with troll.co

absolutely loved it as soon as I saw it! Im not hear to bash the quality whatsoever, however for just wanting to get to the bottom of whether I received the correct hat or did they change suppliers. First they needed order# and shipping address and email. That was all provided, then now its oh its too long ago...... I totally feel that I'm getting the runaround because nobody will answer my actual questions. So again quality good if you get the wrong thing or if you need anything from them good luck after purchase

My order arrived packed really well, and everything was in good shape when I opened it. I also appreciated that the email receipt and order updates were easy to find, so I knew exactly what was coming and when.

Got exactly what I ordered, the size was right, the color was right, and there were no weird mix-ups. I was expecting at least one little issue because that’s just how online orders go sometimes. BUT NOPE. Everything was spot on, and I’m happy with it

"Size chart didn’t really work for me"
I ordered my usual size and even checked their size guide first, but the shirt still ended up being too tight. It looks fine overall, like nothing wrong with the style or anything, but the fit was just off, which was annoying. I kept thinking maybe it would loosen up a bit, but no, it just wasn’t quite right. I’d probably size up if you’re ordering. Not terrible, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on the chart next time.

"Cool Designs, But Not Worth the Risk for Me"
I really liked the designs because they’re definitely my style, but the shirt itself felt thin when it arrived. It also showed up later than expected, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected better quality, and I hate feeling like I spent money on something that might not hold up. Not terrible, but I’d be hesitant to order again unless I knew the quality improved
"Quick replies and genuinely helpful support"
I had a question about my order, so I sent a message to their support team, not expecting to hear back anytime soon.
To my surprise, they replied quickly and actually answered my question instead of sending one of those generic copy-paste responses. It made the whole situation feel a lot less stressful.
Overall, I had a really good experience with their service, and I’d be happy to order from them again.

Most of the stuff I was looking for was actually in stock, which was nice, and it was easy to see what was available. That said, a couple of the colors I wanted in my size were sold out, so I had to settle for my second choice. Overall it was still a good experience, but I was a bit disappointed and would’ve appreciated a quick apology or something for the limited options...

I’m usually skeptical of all the overly polished “fast and easy” stuff companies say, but this one was actually straightforward. My order arrived on time and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or deal with any hassle. Simple, which I appreciate.

"Very poor quality clothing and terrible customer service"
I usually have ordered 5 shirts at a time and only 2 are ever wearable after a wash when I shrink them to fit. They either shrink so fa and wide it just looks ridiculous and the others just fall apart at the seems and it’s happened under sleeves, on the necks and on the top shoulders and we have brand new Samsung washer and dryer and not a single piece of our clothing has ever fallen apart wether it was with this washer and dryer or previous. I wash the shirts to shrink to fit as soon as I get them and then when I try to return them, they keep sending me the same emails worded differently continuously asking for the same pictures and order numbers and just keep running me in circles. They also won’t take returns if you’ve taken the tags off, so after 1 wash of a brand new shirt you’re left with a shirt you can’t wear and can’t return. Had I known they were from Canada I never would’ve purchased.

"Looked better online than in person"
The shirt fit fine, so no real issue there, but the print was disappointing. The photos made it look sharp and high quality, but after just one wash it already looked kind of faded and cheap. Definitely didn’t match what was promised, especially for the price.

I was feeling a little frustrated when I read this because I was hoping for real feedback from someone who had actually tried it. It would’ve helped a lot to know how the fabric felt, like whether it was soft, scratchy, lightweight, or comfortable.

"Holding up better than I expected"
I bought a hoodie from Troll Co a few months back and it’s already been through a ton of washes. I thought the print might start cracking by now or the stitching would get a bit rough, but actually, it still looks really good. It’s kept its shape, nothing’s come loose, and I wear it most weekends, so I’m pleased with how well it’s holding up
